In case any dispute arises for the product.To be eligible for a cash back, you must be able to convience us about the drawback of the product.If it matches with the prior requirement of the customer.cash back will be considered

  • Refunds
  • If you have any complaint regarding the product, you need to inform us by writting/or email[admin@calsysmedia.com] within 48 hours of the purchase. We will evaluate the genuinity of the complaint and you will receive a confirmation along with the refund claim form for further process. You need to send back the duly filled and signed form for claim along with the Invoice. After the approval for refund you will receive your claim within 15 working days. In case of any server related issue, the above refund policy is applicable if the server is hosted by Calsys.If the server is hosted by the client calsys will not be resposible for the server related issues.

  • Late or missing refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@calsysmedia.com, calsysmedia@gmail.com.
